Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

If you are not satisfied with a Don’t Quit product purchased through our online store, we will refund or replace the product so long as, within 30 days of delivery, you contact us at 1-888-302-3260. We will need to know your order number and the reason for the return. Please note that this policy only applies to products purchased through our online stores, and not products purchased in stores or through any other website.

We reserve the right to require you to return the product for which you have requested a return or refund. If so, we will send a return container with a pre-paid, pre-addressed shipping label. Returns must be properly packaged and sent in accordance with our instructions. Please include the original invoice (or, if you do not have your original invoice, the RMA number and your name and shipping address as you believe they appeared on the invoice).

Refunds and replacements may take up to 2 weeks to process. Refunds will be made in the form of a check and will be sent by mail.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

This warranty only covers refund or replacement of Don’t Quit products. We will not be liable for any incidental, consequential, special, or other damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
